Stainless steel pipeline filter 226 socket(also known as 226 interface/finned interface) is an international standard snap in interface that connects the filter element and the filter housing, suitable for industrial fluid filtration scenarios with high requirements for sealing and stability. It is commonly used in sanitary single core/multi-core straight through filters.

• Standard size: inner diameter 43.9 mm, outer diameter 56.5 mm, end cap with a pair of protruding ears (fins), fixed and sealed by O-ring and protruding ears.

• Connection method: snap in quick install, can be disassembled and replaced without tools, with better fixing and sealing performance than 222 and other plug-in interfaces.

• Suitable filter element: 5/10/20/30/40 inch standard length filter element, common filtration accuracy of 0.1-100 μ m, materials including PP, PTFE, nylon, etc.

• Installation and maintenance

• Installation: Align the protrusion of the 226 filter element with the slot of the filter housing, ensure that the O-ring is in place, lock the quick installation clamp/ring head bolt, and put it into use after exhaust.

• Maintenance: Replace the filter element when the pressure difference exceeds 0.1-0.2 MPa; After cleaning the filter housing, check that the sealing ring and interface are not damaged to prevent leakage.

• Difference in 222 interface: 226 has a larger inner/outer diameter (43.9/56.5 mm vs 32.1/44.3 mm for 222), higher load-bearing capacity and pressure, and more reliable fixation.
