Stainless steel pressure vessel tank is an important equipment widely used in the industrial field, with excellent performance and reliable safety.
Firstly, the pressure vessel tank is made of high-quality stainless steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Stainless steel can resist the corrosion of chemicals such as acid and alkali, making it suitable for storing and transporting various corrosive media. Compared to traditional steel containers, stainless steel containers are more durable and can ensure the purity and quality of stored substances.
Secondly, pressure vessel tanks have excellent sealing performance. Due to the need to handle high-pressure gases or liquids in industrial processes, the sealing of containers and tanks is particularly important. The stainless steel container tank adopts advanced sealing technology and design to ensure that the internal medium will not leak out, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the working environment.
In addition, pressure vessel tanks also have high strength and rigidity. During the work process, containers and tanks will bear certain pressure and external loads, so they need to have sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent deformation or rupture. The high strength and good mechanical properties of stainless steel materials ensure the structural stability and safety of containers and tanks.
Stainless steel pressure vessel tanks are widely used. They are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food processing, pharmaceuticals, etc. In the field of petrochemicals, stainless steel containers and tanks can be used for storing and transporting various chemical media, such as petroleum, natural gas, acid and alkali. In the field of food processing, stainless steel containers can be used to store and ferment food ingredients such as beer, soy sauce, and jam. In the pharmaceutical industry, stainless steel containers are commonly used for storing and mixing pharmaceutical raw materials, such as drug solutions and powders.
Definition of pressure vessel equipment:
The pressure vessel defined in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment refers to a closed equipment that contains gas or liquid and carries a certain pressure. Its scope is defined as fixed and mobile containers for gases, liquefied gases, and liquids with a working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure, and a product of pressure and volume greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa · L) and a working temperature greater than or equal to the standard boiling point; Gas cylinders containing gases with a nominal working pressure greater than or equal to 0.2 MPa (gauge pressure) and a product of pressure and volume greater than or equal to 1.0 MPa · L, liquefied gases, and liquids with a standard boiling point equal to or lower than 60 ℃; Oxygen chambers, etc. There is also a definition in the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels", which is similar to the "Regulations" and is subject to the "Regulations". The unit of MPa · L in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment is L, which is cubic decimeters. Calculate the volume of the container and the volume of the jacket. The pressure is the vapor pressure. You can calculate it yourself to see if it counts as a pressure vessel adjusted by the regulations.
In order to distinguish it from general containers (atmospheric pressure containers), only containers that meet the following three conditions simultaneously are called pressure vessel equipment:
(1) The working pressure (Note 1) is greater than or equal to 0.1Mpa (the working pressure refers to the pressure that the top of the pressure vessel may reach under normal working conditions (gauge pressure); (Excluding hydrostatic pressure)
(2) The inner diameter (non-circular cross-section refers to its size) is greater than or equal to 0.15m. The volume (V) is greater than or equal to 0.025 cubic meters, and the product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5MPa-L (volume refers to the geometric volume of the pressure vessel);
(3) The medium used is gas, liquefied gas, and liquid with a working temperature higher than or equal to its standard boiling point
