Basic functional requirements for equipment:

The fixed steam jacket pot needs to meet the functions of steam heating, compressed air rolling, and discharging of materials. The equipment consists of a pot body and supporting legs. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer spherical pot body. There is a compressed air injection tube inside the pot, and a filtering triple piece is installed at the compressed air inlet.

1.1 Effective volume: 500L, jacket saturated steam heating working pressure: 0.3mpa -0.4mpa, heating area:>1.9 ㎡;

1.2 Structural form: Vertical fixed structure with blowing and stirring, equipment with matte treatment on the outer surface and matte polishing on the inner surface.

1.3 Pot Body Material: The inner and outer pot bodies are made of stainless steel (SUS304). The inner pot body has a matte polished surface, and the welding is smooth and even. There is no leakage during steam heating.

1.4 Support forms: triangular pyramid form, tripod support.

1.5 Equipment configuration: Sandwich pot cover, dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge outlet, with an inner diameter of DN50 and a height above the ground of more than 1200mm.

Maintenance and upkeep

1. When there is steam leakage at the inlet and outlet pipe joints and tightening the nuts does not solve the problem, packing should be added or replaced.

2. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be regularly inspected, and any malfunctions should be promptly replaced and repaired.

3. After 50 hours of use, the gearbox should be removed and the lubricating oil should be drained. It should be rinsed with kerosene or diesel, and 30 # -40 # clean engine oil should be added. After 150 hours of use, the oil should be changed for the second time. Depending on the specific situation, the oil should be changed every 1000 hours or so thereafter.

4. Rust proof oil peeling off should be applied in a timely manner, and the paint for the outer pot should be applied. It is recommended to use X55-3 aluminum powder ethylene water-resistant paint.

5. After 5 years of use, it is recommended to conduct a safety water pressure test on this pot. The interval between water pressure tests in the future should be in accordance with the requirements of technical departments in various regions.

The pressure P of the hydrostatic test shall be determined according to the following conditions:

When the rated working pressure P is less than 0.6MPa, P water=0.15MPa;

When the rated working pressure P is between 0.6-0.8MPa,

P water=P amount+0.3MPa

6. The outer shell of this pot is made of steel plate with a thickness of 4.0-5.5 millimeters and a steel grade of A3. When the outer pot has been corroded and thinned to below 2mm for many years, it should be stopped from use.

7. The welding of stainless steel in this pot and the welding of other stainless steel connections should use stainless steel welding rods such as Ao102, Ao107, Ao132, and Ao137, and should not use other grades.
