Stainless steel pressure vessel tank is a widely used equipment in the industrial field, which has various advantages and characteristics. Stainless steel, as a material, has corrosion resistance, high strength, and good mechanical properties, making it very suitable for manufacturing pressure vessel tanks.
Firstly, pressure vessel tanks have excellent corrosion resistance. In industrial production, stainless steel is often exposed to corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis, and it can effectively resist these corrosions and is not easily damaged. This corrosion resistance performance enables pressure vessel tanks to operate stably for a long time in harsh working environments, with a longer service life.
Secondly, pressure vessel tanks have high strength. Stainless steel materials have undergone special treatment and processing, possessing excellent mechanical properties and capable of withstanding significant pressure. This makes pressure vessel tanks safer and more reliable for storing and transporting high-pressure gases or liquids, ensuring the stability and production efficiency of the process.
In addition, pressure vessel tanks also have good sealing performance. In industrial processes, it is often necessary to maintain the purity of the medium or prevent external substances from entering the interior of the container. Stainless steel material has good sealing performance, which can effectively block the communication between the external environment and the medium, ensuring the controllability of the process and the quality of the product.
In addition, pressure vessel tanks also have lower maintenance costs. Stainless steel material itself has corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is not easily damaged, so it does not require frequent repair and replacement during use. This reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment and improves production efficiency.
Definition of Pressure Vessel Equipment
The pressure vessel defined in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment refers to a closed equipment that contains gas or liquid and carries a certain pressure. Its scope is defined as fixed and mobile containers for gases, liquefied gases, and liquids with a working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure, and a product of pressure and volume greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa · L) and a working temperature greater than or equal to the standard boiling point; Gas cylinders containing gases with a nominal working pressure greater than or equal to 0.2 MPa (gauge pressure) and a product of pressure and volume greater than or equal to 1.0 MPa · L, liquefied gases, and liquids with a standard boiling point equal to or lower than 60 ℃; Oxygen chambers, etc. There is also a definition in the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels", which is similar to the "Regulations" and is subject to the "Regulations". The unit of MPa · L in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment is L, which is cubic decimeters. Calculate the volume of the container and the volume of the jacket. The pressure is the vapor pressure. You can calculate it yourself to see if it counts as a pressure vessel adjusted by the regulations.
In order to distinguish it from general containers (atmospheric pressure containers), only containers that meet the following three conditions simultaneously are called pressure vessel equipment:
(1) The working pressure (Note 1) is greater than or equal to 0.1Mpa (the working pressure refers to the pressure that the top of the pressure vessel may reach under normal working conditions (gauge pressure); (Excluding hydrostatic pressure) (2) The inner diameter (non-circular cross-section refers to its size) is greater than or equal to 0.15m. The volume (V) is greater than or equal to 0.025 cubic meters, and the product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5MPa-L (volume refers to the geometric volume of the pressure vessel);
(3) The medium used is gas, liquefied gas, and liquid with a working temperature higher than or equal to its standard boiling point
