1、 Introduction:
The sulfuric acid storage tank level transmitter adopts advanced microprocessing technology and digital communication technology. In addition to all the conventional intelligent functions, it also has a series of enhanced features, such as zero point automatic adjustment, remote on-site control parameter viewing and adjustment, control parameter password locking, etc. At the same time, remote parameter setting, remote control, self diagnosis and other functions are performed through the fieldbus HART protocol.

2、 Fieldbus communication capability:
The fieldbus of the sulfuric acid storage tank level transmitter is a bidirectional digital communication system, which is an innovative technology for configuring instrument control systems and also a promising replacement product for the widely used standard 4-20mA analog communication in field instruments.
Provide two fieldbus modes, FOUNDATION? Fieldbus low-voltage mode and PROFIBUS PA equipment are used to achieve collaborative work between AstraZeneca and other suppliers. In terms of software, the HYA210 series uses two AI function blocks to calculate differential pressure and static pressure, thereby achieving flexible instrument configuration.
3、 Small and lightweight design:
Due to the use of ASIC amplifier design, the packaging of the sulfuric acid storage tank level transmitter has been reduced, and the membrane box structure and flange have been miniaturized. As a result, the weight of this model has been reduced to half of the original model. ASIC design not only reduces the number of parts, but also improves the reliability of the amplifier.
4、 Application of sulfuric acid storage tank level transmitter product:
Single flange remote differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the flow rate, liquid level, density, and pressure of gases, liquids, and vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mADC current signals for output. HYA210A/220A can also communicate with each other through the BRAN controller, CENTUM CS/μ XL, or HART275 controller for setting and monitoring.

7、 Single flange differential pressure transmitter is suitable for the following media applications:

9、 Instructions for ordering and selecting sulfuric acid storage tank level transmitters:
1. The model can be determined according to the selection specification table as needed.
2. The numbers and symbols in the selection specification table must be filled in clearly and accurately.
3. If there is positive or negative migration, the migration amount value must be indicated.
4. If a differential pressure transmitter needs to be equipped with a three valve group, it needs to be specified separately.
5. When selecting a remote transmitter, it should also be determined according to different remote flange selection tables as needed.
6. If the remote transmitter is to be used in vacuum and high temperature environments, it should be specially marked when ordering.
7. The materials for contact medium O-ring seals include rubber and fluororubber.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the filling fluid at the factory is silicone oil.
