This production line is suitable for large capacity filling production lines such as oral liquids and syrups in pharmaceutical factories. After changing specifications, it is suitable for plastic bottles and glass bottles ranging from 30 to 500ml.

Features of the equipment

1. Bottle supply machine: storage and delivery of bottles.

2. The ultrasonic bottle washing machine adopts a two water and one air method, with a water nozzle inserted into the bottle for cleaning. It uses intermittent water spraying (spraying water into the bottle and pausing when the nozzle returns to the bottle mouth), which has the function of saving water.

3. The oven is equipped with excellent instruments and meters, with a sensitive control system and stable and reliable performance.

4. Filling capping machine, equipped with a constant torque capping head automatic sliding device that does not damage the bottle cap, stable performance, simple operation, and imported electrical configuration.
