The Continuous Particulate Analyzer (TE-6.4) can provide real-time continuous measurement of TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0 in the air. The analyzer uses spectroscopy to obtain particle size classification of particulate matter. Firstly, the pump continuously draws in air and passes it through the spectrometer. As the particles pass through the spectrometer's laser beam, the spectrometer will analyze each particle. The particulate matter will be collected onto the built-in reference filter, which can be used to confirm the weight of the particulate matter. The advanced microprocessor in the spectrometer will analyze each particle and perform particle size classification, even obtaining mass concentrations in the μ g/m ³ range.
In "environmental mode", the analyzer can simultaneously monitor the concentrations of TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0; In the 'workplace mode', inhalable particulate matter, chest particulate matter, and respiratory particulate matter (particle size range 0.5-20 μ m) in the ambient air can be monitored simultaneously.
