Bag filter is a pressure filtration device mainly composed of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover, quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter basket and other components. The filter bag is supported by a metal mesh basket inside the filter, and the liquid flows into the filter bag through the side inlet of the filter housing. After being filtered by the filter bag, it flows out from the outlet, and impurities are intercepted in the filter bag. The machine is very convenient for replacing filter bags, and there is basically no material consumption in filtration.

Turtle bag filterInstallation and Debugging

Preparation before installation: First, check if all components of the filter are intact, and then connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the pipeline of the liquid to be filtered.

Installation of filter cartridge: Insert the filter cartridge into the filter housing, paying attention to the correct orientation of the filter cartridge. Then, place the filter bag on the filter cartridge and secure it with a clamp or other tool.

Install sealing ring: Place the sealing ring on the inlet and outlet pipes, then connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the filter housing, and tighten them with bolts or other tools.

Debugging: Before turning on the filter, connect the inlet pipe to the pipeline of the liquid to be filtered, and then open the inlet valve to allow the liquid to slowly flow into the filter. Observe whether there is any leakage inside the filter, and deal with it promptly if there is any leakage. After the liquid fills the filter, close the inlet valve and open the outlet valve to discharge the filtered liquid. Observe the quality of the exported liquid. If it meets the requirements, it indicates that the filter has been successfully installed and debugged.

Operation and maintenance

Operation: During use, the opening and closing status of the inlet and outlet valves should be kept stable to avoid leakage or damage caused by frequent valve opening and closing. At the same time, the opening of the inlet and outlet valves should be adjusted according to actual needs to ensure filtration efficiency and flow rate.

Cleaning: When the filter material inside the filter is clogged or the filtering effect decreases, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. There are two cleaning methods: backwashing and forward flushing. Backwash is achieved by opening the inlet valve to allow high-pressure liquid to enter the filter through the outlet, thereby flushing out impurities that are clogged on the filter material; Positive flushing is achieved by opening the outlet valve, allowing high-pressure liquid to enter the filter from the inlet and flush out impurities that are clogged on the filter material. During the cleaning process, safety should be taken into account to avoid harm to personnel and equipment caused by high-pressure liquids.

Replace filter material: After a certain period of use, the filtering effect of the filter material will decrease, and a new filter material should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the filter material, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed first, then the old filter cartridge should be removed, cleaned, and replaced with new filter material. The filter bag should then be placed on the filter cartridge, and finally the filter cartridge should be installed back into the filter housing.

Regular inspection: During use, the operational status of each component of the filter should be checked regularly, and any abnormal situations should be promptly addressed. At the same time, regular maintenance should be carried out on the filter to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
