Maintenance matters

1. This machine is suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -5 º C to 40 º C, relative humidity below 90%, and suitable constant temperature. It should be placed in a ventilated, dry, and clean location.

2. Minors are strictly prohibited from touching this machinery without authorization to avoid accidents.

3. The lubrication of the reducer adopts oil immersed type, and its oil storage capacity must be maintained at the oil standard line, and the oil quality must be kept clean. If frequently used, it is necessary to change the oil every three months. When replacing, the reducer should be disassembled, cleaned, and then filled with new oil.

4. The electrical control components of the mixer should be kept clean and sensitive, and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired.

5. After a single use or shutdown, the remaining materials in the V-shaped bucket should be removed and the residual powder in each part of the machine should be cleaned. If the shutdown time is long, the V-shaped mixer must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.

6. When disassembling the V-shaped bucket, it should be disassembled gently, installed steadily, and placed gently to avoid deformation and damage.

7. Regularly inspect the mechanical components, 1-2 times a month, to check whether the power shaft, transmission, gearbox and other moving parts rotate flexibly and wear out. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner to ensure the normal use of the mixer.
