1. The machine body is equipped with a jacket for heat transfer, and the tank cover can automatically open and heat up simultaneously. The tank body is equipped with a hollow shaft stirrer with heat transfer, which is a bidirectional positive and negative spiral slurry stirrer. The objects in the tank fully receive heat during forced stirring, accelerate the evaporation of water, and remove water vapor by vacuuming, thus achieving the purpose of drying.

2. The inner wall, jacket, and insulation are all made of stainless steel such as SUS304 or 316L, and the inner and outer surfaces are completely polished. This not only facilitates cleaning and meets the sterile requirements of the drug, but also facilitates heat conduction and provides a drying rate.

3. It has a larger heat transfer area (compared with the double cone dryer, the heat transfer area will increase by more than 1/3, the loading capacity can reach 70%, and the drying time of the same material can be shortened by about 50% compared with the double cone dryer), so it has the advantages of high heat transfer coefficient and small footprint.

4. Low operating cost, the reducer adopts a two-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer for transmission, with a power of 4KW. Compared with other types of dryers, the power will be reduced by 40%, so the transmission power is small, the speed ratio is large, and the output torque greatly reduces power consumption.

5. Suitable for processing high humidity raw materials. Due to forced stirring and heat transfer, it is particularly suitable for processing fine particles and high humidity raw materials. The block shaped material at the inlet will not aggregate into blocks after drying.
