Vacuum feederThe entire system consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free, waterless), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper, and material level automatic control device. The design of the entire system is reasonable and the manufacturing is exquisite. Vacuum feeding machines are divided into two types: gap discharge and continuous discharge. Gap discharge is beneficial for reducing equipment investment costs and facilitating material level control. In most cases, we recommend users to use gap discharge. Continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials over long distances and large production volumes.

Equipment troubleshooting:

If it is found that the system is not loading, follow the following procedure to check

1. The power phase sequence is connected incorrectly, causing the vacuum pump to reverse.

2. The main shut-off valve of the compressed air pipe is not open, the system has no compressed air, and the pneumatic three-way valve cannot work.

3. System leakage.

4. The electromagnetic directional valve of the pneumatic three-way valve is malfunctioning.

5. The rubber valve disc of the pneumatic three-way valve has ruptured.

6. The filter is severely clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

7. The control system has crashed. Turn off the power and restart. The reason for the crash is that the computer chip is interfered with, and in order to eliminate the interference, the device casing should be reliably grounded.
