The WNS type fuel (gas) steam boiler is a horizontal fast loading internal combustion three return fire tube boiler. Adopting a biased furnace bladder wet back structure, high-temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return flue pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue chamber. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box covers, making boiler maintenance convenient. The boiler is equipped with a burner with excellent technical performance, and adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of feedwater, program start stop, and fully automatic operation. It also has high and low water level alarms and automatic protection functions such as extremely low water level, ultra-high steam pressure, and shutdown. This type of boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, easy operation, rapid installation, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

Main features:
1. The overall structure is reasonable, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, which meets the requirements for quick installation and factory delivery. This product is composed of three main parts when it leaves the factory; The boiler main engine, chimney, and piping system, including the main engine and chimney parts, have been manufactured in the factory. The pipeline valves and instruments matched with the main engine have been randomly installed and transported to the site for assembly. Connect the gas source, power supply, and water pipeline on site to start the test drive. Greatly shorten the installation cycle and ensure product quality.
2. Advanced design performance.
The main engine of the boiler belongs to the integral structure, and the burner is assembled on the front smoke box cover. The main body is mainly arranged with the heating surface and combustion chamber. The utility model has reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, offset corrugated furnace liner, new light thermal insulation material for the insulation layer, color sheet for the outer packaging, and cuboid shape for the outer packaging, which makes the boiler performance, weight, structural size, and appearance have obvious progressiveness and beauty compared with domestic products of the same volume.
The boiler water supply equipment is configured on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler to be integrated with the main engine, without the need for a separate foundation.
3. The water cycle is simple, the structure of the compressed parts is reasonable, and it can operate safely while ensuring water quality.
4. The supporting auxiliary equipment is complete and the comprehensive technical performance is advanced.
The working process of the boiler:
The fuel enters the burner from an external gas source and generates high-temperature flames through automatic adjustment and ignition functions. It enters the combustion chamber from the front end of the furnace and enters the convective heating surface on the upper side of the rear combustion chamber. It then enters the second convective heating surface through the upper part of the front chimney and leaves the boiler at the rear of the rear chimney before being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. If smoke and dust are generated due to improper air conditioning, they can settle separately in the front and rear smoke boxes and the combustion chamber. Opening the inspection door can completely clean them up. The working fluid generates saturated steam through heating and outputs it to the operating system through the main steam valve.

1. Real time monitoring function of steam boiler water level: equipped with electronic water level detection device, real-time monitoring of boiler water level.
2. Steam boiler time setting function: Users can freely combine and set the start and stop time of the boiler according to their needs.
3. Steam boiler leakage protection function: When the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will automatically cut off the power supply.
4. Steam boiler water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the burner control circuit should be cut off in a timely manner to prevent dry burning and damage to the burner. At the same time, the controller will issue a water shortage alarm indication.
5. Abnormal protection function of steam boiler power supply: The boiler immediately stops running.
6. Steam boiler overpressure interlock protection: When the pressure inside the boiler exceeds the user set value, the burner is prohibited from working and an alarm is triggered.
7. Multiple safety protections such as steam boiler pressure controller, water level alarm, safety valve, and extremely low water level alarm.
8. Complete gas valve assembly and protection system for steam boilers: providing a complete gas valve assembly and accessories including filters, pressure regulating valves, solenoid valves, etc., to ensure the safety of gas.
9. The steam boiler flue gas monitoring device can automatically monitor the exhaust temperature of the boiler, making it more convenient to grasp the combustion situation of the boiler.
