The UHZ type magnetic flap level gauge is a new generation of magnetic flap level gauge innovatively designed by our company. The product technology is advanced, the structure is reasonable, and the display is clear and intuitive. It consists of a body, flap box (composed of red and white dual color magnetic flap plates), float, flange cover, etc., and is used for level measurement of various liquid containers. There are also magnetic floats inside the main body that move up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level, while driving the dual color magnetic plate inside the external indicator of the main body to flip. When there is a liquid level, it turns red, and when there is no liquid level, it turns white. The boundary between red and white represents the liquid level height. This makes the liquid level indication appear clearer. It can be used for on-site or remote display and control of liquid level in high-temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, food and beverage, and other occasions. The UHZ series products can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and safe and reliable measurement of liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, eye-catching display, intuitive reading, and a large measurement range. Equipped with liquid level alarm and control switch, it can achieve upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level or boundary. The boundary signal is converted into a standard signal of 4-20mADC in a two-wire system, enabling remote detection, indication, recording, and control. The magnetic float inside the main body moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level, while driving the dual color sheet inside the indicator outside the main body to flip. When there is a liquid level, it turns red, and when there is no liquid level, it turns black. The boundary between the red and black color bands represents the liquid level height. There is a prominent scale on the left side of the indicator. This makes the liquid level indication appear clearer.
Working principle of fire water level gauge
It works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level

Installation method of fire water level gauge
1: We must first understand the operating environment of our equipment and what the measuring medium is. Even if we do not know what material is needed, our company can determine the material used for the equipment based on the medium.
2: When equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments, the following measures should be taken: the remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron is prohibited); The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main pipe; The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge; The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial control computer should be laid separately through protective pipes or with shielded two core cables; After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other factors from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to malfunction. The junction box should be promptly covered after maintenance or debugging is completed.
3: According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe should be cleaned irregularly to remove impurities;
4: For level gauges exceeding a certain length (ordinary type>3 meters, anti-corrosion type>2 meters): it is necessary to add a reinforced flange or ear hook as a fixed support to increase strength and overcome its own weight;
5: The installation position of the fire water level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to prevent rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the level measurement;
6: When debugging the fire water level gauge: the upper inlet valve should be opened first, and then the lower valve should be slowly opened to allow the medium to enter the main pipe smoothly (during operation, the medium should avoid rapid impact on the float, causing the float to fluctuate dramatically and affecting the display accuracy). Observe whether the magnetic red and white ball flips normally, then close the lower inlet valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the main pipe decrease. This method should be operated three times, and if it is normal, it can be put into operation (except for corrosive and other special liquids); There are other names for fire water level gauges on the market, such as magnetic flip plate level gauges, magnetic flip column level gauges, and fire water level gauges. But the parameters they need to know for ordering are certain, such as the anti-corrosion material required for corrosive media, and the anti-corrosion level varies equally according to the corrosiveness level of the media.

2. The connecting rod cannot bend and must be inserted straight
3. After installation, the flip column of the monitor needs to be guided once with magnetic steel to display white above zero and red below zero.
Precautions for purchasing fire water level gauge
1. The nominal pressure of anti-corrosion type is ≤ 1.0MPa.
2. There is a certain blind spot in the liquid level gauge, so compensation for the blind spot value should be added when reading the liquid level height (when our liquid level gauge leaves the factory, the zero position of the scale has been moved to the actual value).
3. The measuring range of the liquid level gauge should not exceed 5 meters, otherwise it will affect the stability, reliability, and fastness of the liquid level gauge.
4. Install the connecting flange, and refer to the commonly used protrusion size reference (HG21592-97) for manufacturing this level gauge at the factory.
