1、 Working principle of wheat (grain) specific level gauge:

The structure of the FY2BLS series wheat (grain) specific level gauge is divided into two parts: the main electrode and the compensating electrode. When the material is attached, the internal amplifier amplifies the signal, and the compensating electrode provides a signal to the main electrode to reset the signal signal, ignoring the currently attached material. The phase and potential of the compensating electrode RF signal are the same as those of the main electrode RF signal, which is used to cancel the signal generated by the material adhering to the induction rod and provide the correct material detection signal!Due to the presence of the protective electrode, the detection circuit compares the signals of the detection electrode and the protective electrode to overcome the influence of material adhesion on level measurement.The wheat level gauge (heavy hammer level gauge) is installed at the top of the silo, and the detection process of the instrument sensor is controlled by the signal sent by the control display. The mechanical transmission part of the level gauge consists of a reversible motor, screw, gear shaft, winding drum, sensitive lever, etc.
