1、 XZK-II Buckling Machine Structural Form
The machine is centered around a circular turntable, with four workbenches evenly distributed around the turntable. The four workbenches are used to organize the lower shell, transport pills, organize the upper shell, and transport finished products. The turntable is connected to the four workbenches with four connecting plates. IIWorking principle of XZK-II shell fastening machine
1. The upper and lower shells are respectively conveyed to the electric vibration plate by conveyor belts, and are cleaned by electromagnetic vibration and rolling brush rotation, so that the upper and lower shells are orderly and uniformly distributed in several rows.
2. The pills are poured into the hopper, and the step movement of the template strip at the bottom of the hopper makes the pills fall into the template strip hole, and the pills are also distributed in several rows with equal distance.
3. A servo motor is installed on the connecting plate between the turntable and the worktable, which drives the toothed belt to reciprocate. The integrated block with a matrix vacuum suction cup is fixed on the toothed belt. The reciprocating motion of the matrix vacuum suction cup between the turntable and the worktable completes the conveying functions of the upper shell, pills, lower shell machine, and finished products.
