This machine is a vertical drum structure, using a mechanical arm to flip and a nozzle for reciprocating tracking. By using ultrasonic cleaning and alternating water vapor jet flushing, the entire process of bottle entry, ultrasonic cleaning, external cleaning, internal cleaning, and bottle exit can be automatically completed, and the overall transmission process simulates the principle of gear external meshing. This machine has a low bottle breakage rate, wide versatility, and smooth operation. Due to the absence of cross contamination between water and pipelines, it meets GMP requirements.

The bottle feeding adopts a two-stage mesh belt structure to ensure that the bottle has sufficient thrust in the water, so that the screw does not miss the bottle.

A buffer device is installed at the screw inlet to ensure that the bottle is not broken and the screw is not worn. The screw is made of non-toxic and pollution-free polyoxymethylene material, and the central axis is reinforced with stainless steel shaft to ensure that the screw does not deform.

◆ Equipped with a needle anti shake device to improve the accuracy of needle entry into the bottle and reduce breakage.

The mechanical arm extension rod and the large plate are equipped with an anti oil leakage mechanism to ensure that the lubricating oil does not contaminate the water tank.

Introduction to Hot Air Circulating Oven

This machine is used for drying, disinfecting, sterilizing, and cooling containers in sealed conveying systems. By utilizing laminar flow principle and high-temperature hot air high-speed disinfection and sterilization process, the entire production process from bottle feeding, preheating, drying sterilization, cooling to bottle discharge is automatically completed, reaching the national cleanliness level 3 standard (American industrial standard level 100). It is a popular drying and sterilization equipment with good sterilization effect in the current industry worldwide.

This machine can be used as a standalone unit or combined with bottle washing machines and filling machines to form a complete automatic production line for washing, drying, filling, and plugging, with higher efficiency.

Mainly used in penicillin bottles, or cylindrical containers with a bottleneck of ø 8 ø 54mm, height of 40-160mm, or similar specifications.

Working principle of hot air circulation oven

The Y-RH620-4300 hot air circulation oven is suitable for production lines that require dry heat sterilization or de heating of glass containers, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries with strict hygiene requirements. The device adopts a vertical hot air laminar flow method (temperature can reach 320 ℃ or above), and uses a hundred level laminar clean air protection throughout the tunnel to ensure that the glass container is not contaminated by external factors.

The temperature in the heating and cooling zones changes over time. The temperature value at the low point of the heating zone is 320 ℃. After sterilization for more than 5 minutes to remove the heat source, the standard of reducing the heat source by 3 log orders of magnitude is achieved.

The tunnel sealing system consists of three parts: the preheating zone, the high-temperature sterilization zone, and the cooling zone. The pressure in the high-temperature sterilization area is higher than that in the preheating and cooling areas, about 5-10 Pa, while the pressure in the preheating and cooling areas is higher than that in the workspace by about 15 Pa, ensuring a laminar flow effect of 100 levels in the oven.
