　　1、 Working principle

A closed powder loading device is formed by fixing a proportionally prepared material container (material bucket) with a pilot bucket. The powder mixing bucket contains a spiral stirring blade, and the powder loading device rotates 360 degrees around the X-axis. At the same time, the stirring blade rotates 360 degrees around the Y-axis in the powder loading device, achieving a special powder mixing trajectory with no blind spots. The powder mixing uniformity is better than other powder mixing forms.

1. High degree of automation, automatic control of the whole machine, can achieve timed, variable speed, and fully automatic operation. Its function is the same as pipeline production, providing good feeding conditions for granulation, tablet pressing, and capsule filling processes. It is an ideal material storage and turnover method.
