The ZKT series of epoxy resin defoamers is widely used in industries such as industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research, and various laboratories to store items under vacuum conditions, or for vacuum defoaming treatment of ceramics, adhesives, epoxy resins, coatings, plastic toys, resin handicrafts, candles, printer ink cartridges, and glass products.

The studio is a closed space connected to a vacuum pump and pressure sensor through a vacuum pipeline. The vacuum pump works continuously to extract gas from the working chamber, and the pressure inside the working chamber will gradually become lower than the standard atmospheric pressure. It will be introduced through the intake valve and balanced with the extraction to obtain the required vacuum degree. A manual valve has been installed in the front stage of the vacuum pump, which can manually adjust the pumping volume of the vacuum pump. This vacuum pump is equipped with a pneumatic valve. When the pump is used for steam extraction, ensure that the gas damper is open.

This model of vacuum unit is a low and high vacuum acquisition equipment with Roots vacuum pump as the main pump and oil sealed mechanical vacuum pump as the front-end pump. The entire unit is mounted on a rack, equipped with pipelines, valves, and electrical control boxes. In addition to the MIN two specifications, it is also equipped with a cooling water pipe system. The unit has a compact structure and is easy to use.

As the main pump of the Roots vacuum pump, there are two options: ZJ ordinary Roots personnel vacuum pump and ZJB Roots vacuum pump with bypass valve. The former can only start the ZJ Roots vacuum pump when the system is pumped to the allowable starting pressure of the Roots vacuum pump by the front-end pump. Therefore, an electric contact vacuum gauge is installed at the inlet of the unit to control the working pressure range of the ZJ Roots vacuum pump, so as not to overload or overheat the ZJ Roots vacuum pump. The latter, due to the operation of the ZJB Roots vacuum pump with bypass valve at higher inlet pressures, does not necessarily have an electric contact vacuum gauge installed at the inlet of the unit, The ZJB type Roots vacuum pump can determine its starting pressure according to the actual situation of the system after the front stage pump is working, without strict control. Due to this characteristic of the ZJB type Roots vacuum pump, the unit operation is more convenient and reliable, and it has better pumping performance for the system than using the ZJ type Roots vacuum pump as the main pump.

The front-end pump equipped with this model of vacuum pump unit; There are two-stage rotary vane oil sealed mechanical pumps, single-stage rotary vane oil sealed mechanical pumps, or single-stage slide valve oil sealed mechanical pumps. Due to the higher ultimate vacuum of two-stage oil sealed mechanical pumps compared to single-stage oil sealed mechanical pumps, the ultimate vacuum of vacuum units equipped with two-stage oil sealed mechanical pumps as front-end pumps is also higher than that of vacuum units equipped with single-stage oil sealed mechanical pumps as front-end pumps, and the pumping speed characteristics are also better at low inlet pressures. In order to improve the pumping performance of the vacuum unit, achieve higher ultimate vacuum and improve the pumping speed characteristics at low inlet pressure, and to equip large vacuum units with smaller specifications of front-end pumps, this model of vacuum unit also has a three-stage unit connected in series by a two-stage Roots vacuum pump. According to the size of the evacuated system and the gas state, the nominal pumping speed ratio between the pumps of the vacuum unit is generally between 4:1 and 10:1. The former is suitable for larger vacuum systems and long-term operation under lower inlet pressure or extreme vacuum conditions.
