Structure of coal gangue crusher

This machine is mainly composed of components such as frame, rotor, lining plate, hammer head, etc., and is driven by groove wheel. The rack is divided into two parts: the upper body and the lower body. The machine cavity is equipped with wear-resistant protective lining plates to protect the wear and deformation inside the body. The rotor consists of rotor shaft, middle disk, end disk, hammer shaft, hammer head and other components.

Working principle of coal gangue crusher

When the coal gangue crusher is in operation, two sets of rotors connected in series rotate at high speed under the drive of the motor. The material is immediately crushed by the hammer head of the rapidly rotating lower rotor in the machine cavity after being crushed by the upper rotor. The materials in the cavity collide and crush each other at high speed, achieving the effect of hammer powder and material powder, forming coal slag particles with a discharge particle size of less than 3 millimeters. The design of the coal gangue crusher does not have a sieve bottom, and there is no strict requirement for the moisture content of the material. There is no problem of clogging the sieve plate, and there is no problem of fine powder not being discharged in a timely manner and repeated crushing. Therefore, the crushing efficiency is high and there is no ineffective wear of the hammer head.

Hammer head and handle combination use, only replace the hammer head, not the handle. After the hammerhead wears out, it does not need to be repaired. It can be moved and reused repeatedly. One set of hammerheads can support three sets of hammerheads.

5、 Centralized lubrication system, timely lubrication without stopping, convenient and fast. The lubrication system of the coal gangue crusher adopts centralized oil injection, which can be injected without stopping the machine during normal operation. Multiple oil supply can be operated in one step without affecting the work at all.

6、 Hydraulic opening and closing of the casing saves time and labor in hammer replacement and maintenance: operated by an electric oil pump, the opening and closing can be controlled freely, and the directional oil valve can be changed, which has changed the major safety hazard that the manual pressure pump could not pull before, making it safer for users during use and maintenance. The coal gangue crusher adopts hydraulic starter housing technology, which allows one person to easily open the housing, making maintenance and inspection of parts convenient and fast.
