1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that all four legs of the equipment are stably grounded, the locking bolts are fixed, the power supply is grounded normally, and there are no debris residues in the crushing chamber.
Check whether the cutting tools and screens are intact. If the screens are damaged or the cutting tools are worn, they need to be replaced to avoid affecting the crushing effect.
2. Material pretreatment
Ensure that the material is dry (moisture content ≤ 10%) and free of impurities such as metals and sand. Materials with excessive hardness need to be pre crushed.
2、 Equipment operation process
1. Loading and fixing
Load the materials into the material box to more than half of the capacity, connect the material box to the feeding port of the grinding cylinder, and fasten it with clamps.
Flip the material box to the top and rotate the locking pin handle clockwise to fix the grinding cylinder.
2. Start the crushing program
Turn on the power switch, set the "manual/automatic" switch to automatic mode, and press the start button to start crushing.
Monitor the operating status and immediately shut down for troubleshooting if there is any abnormal noise or vibration.
3. Shutdown and Unloading
After reaching the set time for crushing, the machine will automatically stop. Rotate the locking pin handle counterclockwise to flip the material box down and fix it.
Start the device to vibrate for about 30 seconds, causing residual materials to fall off, and then unload them into the collection container.
3、 Post operation processing
1. Cleaning and maintenance
Use a long haired brush to clean the crushing chamber, and wipe the machine body with a damp cloth to avoid material moisture absorption and residue.
Regularly lubricate bearings, inspect transmission components, clean fans and dust removal systems.
2. Safety Warning
Do not open the machine cover or reach into the crushing chamber during operation. After stopping the machine, run it idle for 2 minutes to discharge any remaining materials.
Disconnect the power supply during equipment maintenance, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully start with faults.
The operation must strictly follow the equipment manual, adjust parameters based on material characteristics, and ensure safety and efficiency.
