working principle

The 3D printing metal powder spherical shot blasting machine sprays reusable particle materials such as steel balls, aluminum balls, and iron sand onto the surface of the workpiece through a high-speed rotating shot blasting device. By utilizing the high-speed impact and friction of the particle materials, it removes surface oxide scales, residues, scratches, burrs, and other defects, improves surface quality, and achieves the goals of cleaning, deburring, enhancing gloss, and improving adhesion.

The working principle of a spherical shot blasting machine can be simply summarized as follows: place the workpiece on a rotating turntable, turn on the shot blasting device, and allow the granular material to be read and shot out along the flow channel of the shot blasting device, hitting the working and living surfaces that are placed on that surface.
