1、 The main purpose of slot type motion mixer is:

3、 Principle and structure requirements for slot type motion mixer:
1. The trough mixer is mainly composed of a trough body, a stirring device, a bracket, a flipping part, a transmission part, and an electronic control part.
2. The slot type motion mixer is made of stainless steel material. The tank body of the trough mixer is tightly welded and formed, and sealing components are installed at both ends of the mixing shaft to ensure the cleanliness of the material.
3. The mixing and automatic flipping parts of the trough mixer are designed with two independent power sources, and an automatic positioning safety device is also installed in the automatic flipping part, so that the flipping process can be carried out within the specified angle range, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the moving part.
4. The bracket of the slot type mixer is made of welded steel with sufficient rigidity, and all transmission parts and electronic control components are arranged inside the slot type motion mixer frame. The exterior of the bracket is wrapped in stainless steel sheet, which makes the whole machine compact in structure, easy to operate, beautiful in appearance, small in footprint, easy to clean, and has good mixing efficiency.
5. The trough mixer is driven by an electric motor through a triangular belt pulley and a worm gear to rotate the mixing slurry. The mixing slurry pushes the material back and forth to mix evenly. The operation is controlled by an electrical device, and the mixing time can be set to automatically stop at that time, thereby improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials.;

4、 Use and maintenance of slot type sports mixer:
Trial operation:
1. The trough type motion mixer should be installed indoors with a certain amount of space around it for process operation.
2. Check if the fasteners are loose and if there are any short circuits or open circuits in the electrical components.
3. Check if there is any jamming phenomenon in the two rotating parts.
4. After checking for accuracy, the power can be connected. Perform a jog test run.
5. When everything is normal, set the time according to the production process requirements for feeding, flipping, pouring, and normal operations.
Maintenance and lubrication:
1. Fill the gearbox at both ends of the trough mixer with 20 # mechanical oil until it is immersed in the worm gear or worm, and replace it with new oil every three months.
2. Rolling bearings should be regularly filled with high-temperature resistant butter, and the filling should be one-third of the inner cavity of the rolling bearing.
Operating procedures:
1. It is advisable to use a submerged tank type mixer blade for loading, then cover it and open it.
2. When pouring materials, stop the machine first, place the mixing box of the trough mixer in front of the frame, remove the upper cover, start the pouring switch, tilt the mixing box of the trough mixer to pour out the materials.
Repair and maintenance:
1. The V-belt should be adjusted over time to prevent slipping and wear, but it should also be prevented from becoming too tight and overheating.
2. Electrical circuits should be protected from moisture.
