1、 The main purpose of the 3D motion mixer is:
A three-dimensional mixer eliminates the phenomenon of density segregation, stratification, and accumulation of materials caused by centrifugal force through three-dimensional motion in the mixing cylinder space, achieving mutual flow and diffusion of various materials, and thus achieving rapid and uniform mixing of materials. At present, among various types of mixing equipment, the 3D mixer is an advanced product with ideal performance in all aspects. 2、 Characteristics of 3D motion mixer:

3、 Working principle and installation requirements of 3D motion mixer:

Working Principle:

The 3D motion mixer consists of a machine base, transmission system, electrical control system, and multi-directional mechanism.The 3D mixer has a high mixing effect, with a uniformity of over 99.9%.When mixing, it can evenly distribute all the materials involved in the mixing. The degree of mixing is ideal. The degree of mixing of various materials in a three-dimensional motion mixer depends on factors such as the proportion, physical state, and characteristics of the materials to be mixed, as well as the duration of the mixing operation. During the operation of the 3D mixer, the multi-directional movement of the barrel accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing process. There are many cross mixing points in the barrel, which avoids the phenomenon of material density deviation and accumulation caused by centrifugal force in general mixers. There are no dead corners in the mixing process, effectively ensuring the quality of the mixed materials.

Installation requirements:

BSpecial installation confirmation:

After completing the maintenance and filling out the maintenance records, the following inspection and confirmation items should be further completed and recorded.

1) The installation of transmission components is reliable.

2) The entire machine is securely installed.

3) The spindle, transmission wheel, and drive motor are installed correctly and firmly.

4) The installation and connection of drainage pipelines, horizontal and vertical lines, ground foundations, power pipelines, etc. are firm.

5) Component inspection:

A. Check the material and surface condition of each component of the 3D mixer according to the design requirements.

B. Inspection of utility medium supply:

The main utility medium of the 3D motion mixer is power distribution, and it should be checked whether it meets the design requirements.

2Operation confirmation:

Test and inspect the three-dimensional motion mixer under no-load and load test conditions. Any abnormal situation that affects execution should be corrected and recorded in the summary section.

Note:When conducting operational evaluation, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all lubrication parts and handle any abnormal situations.

Method:Install all components of the 3D mixer, turn on the power, and operate the 3D motion mixer in an empty state according to the manual. Check the performance of the 3D mixer.

Test and inspection items:

Run for 1 hour without load and test the following items:

The transmission system runs smoothly;

No powder leakage phenomenon;

Coordination of incoming and outgoing materials work;

Load test for 30 minutes and conduct the following tests:

The whole machine runs smoothly without any abnormal noise;

The operating noise should not exceed 80dB;

No powder leakage phenomenon;

Mixed production capacity.

3Verification

Before putting the 3D motion mixer into use, all components on the 3D mixer should be calibrated.

4Review of regulations and records

The standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to 3D motion mixers should be reviewed and documented in a list;

Review the training records and qualification certificates of all personnel responsible for operating this equipment, and list them in the attachment;

Before the 3D mixer is put into use, it should be cleaned and the cleaning records should be reviewed and included in the attachment.

5Acceptance criteria

All necessary checks and confirmations for the installation confirmation of the 3D motion mixer have been completed, and the corresponding forms have been filled out and included in the attachment.

6Inspection cycle

Re inspect relevant projects after replacing key components or major repairs.

Determine the re inspection cycle based on the verification results, usually conducted once a year

4、 Use and maintenance of 3D motion mixer:

Operating procedures:

Check for foreign objects inside the 3D motion hybrid chassis and disinfect.

Press the start button to empty the machine, listen for the sound to see if it is normal, and check if there are any foreign objects seeping out of the transmission parts. If there are, stop the machine and clean it thoroughly.

Add the materials into the 3D mixer according to the predetermined quantity and proportion, with the addition amount not exceeding 80% of the box capacity, and cover the end caps. Press the 'Mix' button, and the 3D motion mixer will start working. Determine the mixing time according to the process requirements and shut down at the appropriate time.

After the materials are mixed, press the 'stop' button and open the end cap to discharge the material.

For safety reasons, do not stand next to the material box during operation.

Maintenance Regulations

Purpose:Establish maintenance procedures for the 3D mixer to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.

Scope of application:Suitable for maintenance and upkeep of 3D mixers.

Responsible party:The person in charge of maintenance and upkeep of the 3D mixer, equipment maintenance personnel in the engineering department, and operators.

requirementsThe operator strictly adheres to the safe operation of the 3D mixer.

Designate a dedicated person to maintain and upkeep the 3D motion mixer.

Keep the surface of the 3D motion mixer smooth.

The 3D mixer has finished working and should be cleaned promptly according to the requirements.

When the 3D motion mixer is working, if there are abnormal noises, strange noises, or oil leaks, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the equipment should not be allowed to operate with defects.

Lubricate the rotating bearings of the 3D motion mixer. Use No. 40 lubricating grease in winter and No. 60 lubricating grease in summer. It is usually replaced once a month.

Inspect the entire machine every six months.
