During the heating process of CT-C-I series explosion-proof oven, a forced dehumidification fan is installed to prevent excessive humidity in the working room, which can gradually dehumidify the air in the working room. According to the moisture content of different materials during drying, the dehumidification fan can set the interval time and dehumidification time, and the air valve actuator is interlocked with the dehumidification fan.

  CT-C-I series explosion-proof ovenAir intake system: composed of air inlet, top high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter, and air duct. Clean area indoor or outdoor air is used through the air inlet, and filtered into the air duct through the top high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter. During the heating process, clean air is supplied at room temperature of -60 ℃ to ensure positive pressure in the working chamber. Explosion proof pressure relief doors are installed on the back or top of the box.
Internal circulation system: composed of internal circulation fan, air duct, heater, and convection wall. The air inlet adopts clean air to enter the air duct. The clean air enters the working room under the action of the circulating fan. During this process, the air speed and volume are adjusted on one side of the convection wall to ensure uniform heat distribution in the working room. The air is sucked in by the convection wall on the other side of the working room and then heated by the circulating air duct and heater before being sent into the working room. This process repeats, and the wind direction is advection.

The dehumidification fan extracts circulating air from the air duct through a high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter. During the heating process: To avoid excessive humidity in the workspace, a forced dehumidification fan is installed to gradually remove moisture from the air in the workspace. The oven box is made of angle steel and thin steel plate. Fill the space between the shell and the studio with fiberglass insulation and thermal insulation. The heating system is installed at the top of the studio. Horizontal circulation ventilation makes the temperature inside the drying oven more uniform. This type of drying oven can effectively avoid the gradient temperature difference and temperature overshoot phenomenon in the working chamber, and can improve the temperature uniformity inside the working chamber.
