The cabinet frame is made of 10 # channel steel, angle steel, 80 × 80 × 6 square tube and other materials welded together. The external material of the box body is made of 304 stainless steel matte plate with a thickness of 1.5mm, and the welding points are polished and polished. The insulation material is filled with aluminum silicate cotton, with a insulation layer of 150mm. The internal material of the box is made of 304 stainless steel matte plate, with a thickness of 2mm. The arc angles around the upper and lower sides are excessive. A number of movable doors and observation windows are used on both sides of the outside of the box. The top of each area is made of a movable structure to facilitate operation. The equipment maintenance and material drying process are observed for dynamic and change. The door seal is made of silicone rubber material to seal its corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The overall structure of the equipment is designed reasonably and the insulation effect is good.
Feeding section and preheating section: The feeding section is a mesh belt extension structure; Preheating section: The main function of this section is to heat the newly entered material, preheat the material and its internal moisture, generate heat energy to evaporate some moisture, turn it into water vapor, and discharge it through the dehumidification device. The preheated material enters the drying section for drying. The preheating section is 6 meters long, with a heating power of 60 kW. There are 40 heating tubes, each with 1.5 kW and a spacing of 150mm, arranged in sequence. The heating tubes are double tube integrated, with a gold plating layer and quartz tube on the surface of the tube body, which has functions such as radiation resistance and easy penetration. The preheating section is divided into two heating zones, each zone is 3 meters long, and a movable insulation device is installed in each zone to control and adjust the temperature separately. The heating element in each zone is installed in the middle of the stainless steel mesh belt, 200mm away from the material. According to the principle of upward circulation of thermal energy, it is reasonable to install the heating element under the material. The heating element structure is movable and equipped with up and down adjustment functions. During the actual debugging process, the contact distance between thermal energy and material can be changed to achieve the desired effect.
Drying section: The main function of this section is to continue heating and drying the preheated material, so that most of the moisture in the material evaporates into steam, which is discharged by the dehumidification device to achieve the purpose of drying. The drying section is divided into 7 groups, each with a length of 3 meters. The first 4 groups have a heating power of 160kw and 80 quartz tubes, each with 2 kw and a spacing of 150mm. The last 3 groups have a heating power of 90kw and 60 quartz tubes, each with 1.5kw and a spacing of 150mm, arranged in sequence. The heating tubes are double tube integrated, with a gold plating layer on the surface of the tube body. The quartz tubes have functions such as radiation resistance and easy penetration. Each zone is equipped with a movable insulation device, which is separately controlled and operated to adjust the temperature. The heating element in each zone is installed in the middle of the stainless steel mesh belt, 200mm away from the material. According to the principle of upward heat energy flow, it is more reasonable to install the heating element below the material. The heating element structure is movable and has up and down adjustment functions. In the actual debugging process, change the contact distance between thermal energy and materials to achieve the desired effect.
Cooling section (grinding section to be determined): The main function of the cooling section is to quickly cool the dried material, so that the hot saturated gas that has not been discharged on the surface of the material in time and has condensed can be quickly discharged, in order to achieve the final drying purpose. The length of the cooling section is 6 meters, and the thickness of the insulation layer is 50mm. It is also divided into four parts and equipped with one variable frequency speed regulating centrifugal fan. The cooling fan duct is connected to the inlet ducts of the four parts of the box. The upper part of each part is equipped with a horn shaped air inlet, and a wind direction plate is installed below the air inlet to ensure uniform air flow and material contact, thereby improving the cooling effect. The lower part of the cooling section is equipped with horn shaped air outlets, which are connected to the pipes. It is also equipped with one makeup air fan (variable frequency speed regulation), which is connected to the air inlet of each zone of the preheating and heating sections. Each zone's air inlet is equipped with an air volume adjustment device to control the air volume. This structure can effectively utilize thermal energy, thereby achieving energy-saving effects.
Transmission system: Auxiliary chain wheels and transmission chain wheel systems, as well as chain mesh belt adjustment devices, are installed at both ends of the feeding and discharging sections. The transmission speed is variable frequency speed regulation, with a continuously variable range between 3-6m/min. The chain mesh belt adopts a 1-inch stainless steel double pitch chain with stainless steel threading diameter. The threading diameter is covered with a layer of 20 mesh stainless steel mesh cloth, which moves synchronously with the transmission chain wheel and chain track. The height of the mesh belt and heating tube can be between 200-60mm. This structure has the characteristics of smooth surface, good ventilation performance, and smooth operation without wear.
Heating system: The heating element of the tunnel oven adopts a far-infrared dual tube surface gold-plated quartz tube, installed in the middle of the mesh belt inside the box. Due to the principle that the heating element generates heat energy during operation and the heat energy flows upward, it has the advantages of easy absorption and penetration of heat energy. The heating elements of the preheating section and the drying section are arranged uniformly in sequence, with a spacing of 150mm, installed in the middle of the mesh belt. Due to the different heating power in each zone, they have the characteristic of separately controlling the temperature, which has a corresponding effect on the temperature uniformity of each zone. The structure of each heating element has an up and down adjustment device, which can effectively dry the material by radiation. All power connections are inside the box and equipped with protective devices for stability and reliability. The principle of this drying equipment is radiation heat absorption drying, with a fast mesh belt speed. The heating elements in the preheating and drying sections are arranged uniformly in sequence to improve the uniformity of temperature and effectively dry the materials

The control cabinet is made of stainless steel material, and the electrical control cabinet panel is equipped with various area ammeters, temperature control instruments, frequency converters, and various control buttons, switches, indicator lights, etc.

Instructions for Use:
1. The box is placed on a dry indoor floor and workbench, and no other fixed devices are required for the carbon dioxide incubator.
2. A knife switch or air switch should be installed in the power supply line for this box, and a wire twice the cross-sectional area of the power line should be used as the grounding wire.
3. Before powering on, check the electrical performance of this box and pay attention to whether there is any open circuit or leakage.
4. When everything is ready, the test sample can be placed, the box door can be closed, and if necessary, the exhaust valve of the drying oven can be opened with a gap of about 10mm.
5. A separated water incubator, with a constant temperature water bath, connects distilled water or deionized water to the inlet and adds water until it overflows.
