Working principle: Place a drying tray, bottle, or cart filled with materials into the box, start the PLC programmable control system, the internal circulation fan works, heats up, and the butterfly valve opens simultaneously, and the drying oven quickly heats up. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, hot air enters the box through a high-temperature resistant and efficient filter, and under the regulation of micropores, a uniform distribution of air is formed and transmitted into the box. Dry air absorbs the moisture on the surface of bottles (materials, items), enters the heating channel for evaporation and discharge, and the dry air flows directionally under the action of the fan, while water vapor is discharged.

As the water vapor gradually decreases and fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished, the box is in a slightly positive pressure state, the constant temperature ends, and the process control is completed. Turn on the air supply or (inlet) forced cooling, the automatic butterfly valve enters the closed state, and the sound and light prompt opens the door to release the bottle. Place the plates filled with bottles (or materials) into the box, start the PLC program control system, the heating system starts working, the electric butterfly valve opens at the same time, the temperature rises rapidly, and water vapor is quickly discharged from the outlet of the electric butterfly valve. As the water vapor gradually decreases, the electric butterfly valve automatically closes, and fresh air is continuously replenished through the high-temperature resistant filter, forming a balanced state in the box.

Double door dry heat sterilization oven is a commonly used sterilization equipment, which works by using high temperature dry heat to sterilize items. When operating, the following points should be noted:

1. Before opening the oven door, ensure that the interior of the oven has reached the set sterilization temperature, typically 160-180 degrees Celsius.

2. Be careful when opening the oven door to avoid burns or other accidents.

3. Try to avoid frequently opening the oven door during the sterilization process to avoid affecting the sterilization effect.

4. During the operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the temperature changes inside the oven to ensure stable sterilization temperature.

5. After sterilization is completed, close the oven door and wait for the temperature inside the oven to drop to a safe level before removing the items.
