The transmission adopts a horizontal motor and a worm gear reducer to drive the rollers on the transmission shaft. The rollers are double track 8-wheel type, running smoothly, with low noise and no pollution. The flushing adopts a 5T stainless steel high-pressure water pump to inject water into the spray pipeline for cross flushing. Under the rotation of the drum, the material is continuously pushed forward and flipped by the rotating plate inside the drum to achieve the purpose of washing. The washing machine is equipped with a small water tank at the bottom of the drum, which mainly discharges the washed sewage outside the machine.

1. The washing machine can be directly placed on a flat concrete surface without tightening the anchor bolts, but it must be kept level for easy maintenance.

2. Connect the water supply pipeline to the inlet pipeline of the washing machine, and install a valve in the inlet pipeline to control the water volume.

3. Connect the two drainage pipes separately to the sewer pipe.

4. Correctly connect the power cord (three-phase one zero one ground), with a grounding resistance of ≤ 10 Ω.

5. Check if the rotation direction of the water pump and drum is correct. If they are reversed, they will enter the power line for adjustment.

Operation and Usage

1. Firstly, open the inlet valve and fill the water tank with water. (Pay attention to the overflow port on the drainage pipe and close the valve slightly when water flows out.).

2. Turn the circuit breaker switch to the ON position and toggle the power switch on the control panel to the ON position,

Start the water pump on button to operate the water pump until it is discharged (prohibit the water pump from running without water), and then start the transmission to rotate the detergent drum.

3. Evenly place the materials to be washed into the drum.

4. After shutdown, cut off the power, close the inlet valve, and open the drain valve to drain the water in the tank.
