Process principle of dust collector for coking plant ground station:
The coke oven dust removal ground station system is used to connect the dust collector and the coke blocking car dust cover, allowing the coke side smoke and dust to enter the dust removal ground station through this main pipe for processing. It is the connecting channel between the mobile dust source and the fixed equipment. The coke dust collection main pipe consists of a fixed interface flap valve, an expansion joint, a balanced flap valve, and a silencer at the end of the main pipe. The fixed flap valve is composed of valve plate, support arm, pipe body and other parts. When the coke oven releases coke, the hydraulic push rod of the coke blocking car pushes open the flip plate of the flip plate valve, and the valve control rod rotates 75 degrees to open the valve. The expandable interface of the coke blocking car duct is docked with the end face of the flip plate valve, allowing the dusty flue gas to enter the dust collection main pipe composed of fixed flip plate valves through the dust collection hood of the coke blocking car; After the coke pushing is completed, the hydraulic push rod and expandable interface on the coke blocking car are retracted, and the flap valve is closed, completing the dust removal plan for one furnace. The fixed flap valve is in a high temperature state and is constantly open and closed, and does not deform when heated. It adopts a U-shaped skeleton uniformly distributed around the periphery to ensure that the valve plate remains unchanged for long-term use. A metal wire asbestos sealing gasket is added at the sealing point to achieve the sealing effect of the valve; Metal wrap gaskets are used between each set of flap valves, between flap valves and straight pipe sections, as well as between balance valves, expansion joints, and end muffler flanges, with a static seal leakage rate of less than 0.5%.
