Dust collector design

Our company can design dust removal equipment for various working conditions. Design basis for various dust collectors:

(1) Determine the required dust removal efficiency and emission concentration in accordance with relevant emission standards, indoor hygiene standards, and practical possibilities.

(2) Based on the characteristics of dust (dust content, particle size, viscosity, etc.), determine the flow rate of flue gas in the dust removal equipment, the required filtration area, the filter material, and the cleaning method of the dust removal equipment.

(3) Determine the structural form, material selection, and main measures for ash transportation and discharge of the equipment based on the characteristics of the flue gas (temperature, humidity, dew point, pressure, etc.).

(4) According to the requirements of electrical control and production, determine the distance between all internal components and ensure that it always meets the requirements of gas flow laws.

(5) Considering the possibility of manufacturing, transportation, and on-site construction, the structure and main components of the equipment require a dismantling plan for large bag filters. The main technical requirements and construction installation procedures for the main components should be clearly stated, and the construction and installation quality should be ensured.

(6) Under the conditions of meeting the requirements for process production, the equipment investment required per unit of flue gas volume should be minimized, the operating costs should be low, energy should be saved, and the auxiliary equipment and configuration should be reasonable. The main equipment of the dust collector should be operated, configured reasonably, and maintained conveniently.
