Shengjing Design produces mining machinery dust collectors mainly for dust control in crushers, vibrating screens, sand making machines, belt conveyors, and other places. This is the current bag dust removal device in the mine.

Structural characteristics of mining dust removal equipment:

It has many advantages, such as compact structure, low resistance, simple operation, easy maintenance, and low operating costs. When dust enters the dust collector, due to the circular shape of the equipment shell, it continuously rotates along the shell after tangential entry. The unique centrifugal force will bring large particles of dust into the ash hopper, while a small part of the dust will rise and adsorb on the surface of the filter bag under negative pressure. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the high-pressure anti blowing machine will automatically open (depending on the on-site conditions), introducing pure air from the clean air chamber of the upper box of the dust removal equipment for cleaning.

The dust collector of the mine crusher uses a centrifugal fan to create a negative pressure zone at the point of dust overflow, and sucks the dust containing gas into the dust collector. The dust collector is equipped with multiple filter bags, and when the dust containing gas passes through the filter bags, the dust is blocked and separated. The purified gas is discharged through the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases and the knife resistance value reaches the predetermined value, the pressure sensor sends an indication signal to the electric control box. The pulse spraying system controlled by pLc automatically sprays the filter bag, and the dust attached to the filter bag is shaken off and directly reaches the belt through the sealed ash discharge pipe. Always maintain good filtering performance of the filter bag without generating secondary dust.

Technical characteristics of mine dust collector:

1. The mining bag filter adopts the technology of segmented air stop pulse blowing for dust cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented back blowing dust collectors. It has strong dust cleaning ability, low dust removal, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits.

2. Due to the use of segmented air stop pulse spraying for dust cleaning, the cleaning cycle is extended and the energy consumption for dust cleaning is reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.

3. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the keel, extending the life of the bag, and facilitating bag unloading.

4. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after removing the bag cage during bag replacement, the dirty bags are put into the lower ash hopper of the box and taken out from the manhole, which meets the operating conditions for bag replacement.

5. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses good sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a low air leakage rate.

6. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.
