DQXL seriesHydrocyclone desanderWorking using cyclone separation technology, cyclone separation is an efficient and energy-saving separation technology. Based on the principles of ion settling and density difference, when the water flow enters the equipment tangentially from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, high-speed cyclone flow is generated inside the equipment, creating a centrifugal field. Due to the different densities of the two solid-liquid states of sand and water, under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, and liquid drag, high-density solids or impurities are thrown around. As the lower part of the equipment is a conical structure, the tangential rotation speed of solids or impurities becomes faster and faster with the continuous reduction of the conical radius. They then deposit at the bottom of the equipment and are discharged with the sewage, while low-density liquids rise and are discharged through the outlet. This equipment can effectively remove small solid substances such as gravel, scale, and limestone, and separate and eliminate them from the system.
