Overview

The dual switchable bag filter adopts a side inlet and bottom outlet (upper inlet and bottom outlet) method, which presses or draws the filtered liquid medium into the filter barrel through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid medium to be filtered is filtered by the filter bag supported by the stainless steel plate punching support filter basket, producing ideal solid-liquid separation to achieve the effect of filtering the liquid medium. Different filtration accuracies depend on the filter bags of different accuracies.

Dual switchable bag filterAdopting the side in and bottom out (upper inlet and lower outlet) method, the filtered liquid medium is pressed or drawn into the filter barrel through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid medium to be filtered is filtered by the filter bag supported by the stainless steel plate punching support filter basket, producing ideal solid-liquid separation to achieve the effect of filtering the liquid medium. Different filtration accuracies depend on the filter bags of different accuracies.

Due to the fact that the liquid medium enters the filter from the top of the filter bag, the liquid can be evenly distributed on the entire filtering surface of the filter bag, making the fluid distribution in the entire layer basically constant. The negative impact of turbulence is small, and the filtering effect is good.

  Dual switchable bag filterIt has many advantages such as reasonable structure, small footprint, good sealing, strong circulation capacity, and easy operation. Especially the probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy and quickly replace the filter bag, reducing operating costs. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are treated with mechanical sandblasting and polishing, which is uniform and easy to clean. The "Shanghai Shield Flag" filter design can also provide single or multiple bag, adjustable support legs or hooks with sandwich insulation form according to customer requirements to meet the needs of different customers.

1、 Principle of Bag Filter System

Bag filter is a new type of filtration system, in which the filter bag is supported by a metal inner mesh inside the filter. The liquid flows in through the inlet and flows out after being filtered by the filter bag, while impurities are intercepted in the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced or cleaned before continued use.

II Installation

Warning: After opening the lid, a falling lid may injure your hands.

1. Firstly, please confirm if the necessary accessories for installing the bag filter system are fully prepared:

① Bag filter body ② - shaped sealing ring

③ Metal inner mesh ④ filter bag ⑤ 1 pressure gauge

2. Check the O-ring and the O-ring groove on the filter. If the O-ring is deformed, scratched or broken, or if there is a problem with the joint of the O-ring, please replace it with a new accessory.

When installing, please follow the steps below:

1. Place the bag filter on the workstation to be filtered, connect the inlet and outlet flanges or pipe teeth, and fix them; Block the exhaust port or install an exhaust valve. Clamp type connection insulation heat source.

2. Gently place the metal inner mesh into the bag filter, ensuring that the collar of the inner mesh matches the mouth of the bag filter.

3. Place the filter bag so that the ring mouth of the filter bag matches the collar of the metal inner mesh. Attention: If using a sewing filter bag, please fold the sewing edge of the filter bag and put it in to improve the filtering effect of the sewing filter bag.

4. Place the O-ring seal into the O-ring groove. The O-ring seal should not be twisted or deformed. Attach the filter bag pressure ring to the multi bag filter.

5. Grasp the handle of the upper cover with one hand and the other end of the upper cover with the other hand (rotate the top handwheel of the multi bag filter machine), align the upper cover with the mouth of the bag filter machine, slowly lower it, and naturally press it flat on the O-ring and filter bag ring mouth.

6. After aligning the upper cover, tighten the two diagonal lifting caps at the same time, and tighten all the lifting caps one by one (insert a short rod into the lifting ring and tighten it).

7. Close the exhaust valve installed on the top of the bag filter.

8. Please check if all connecting pipes are secure; Is the work pressure within the allowable range.

9. Open the output valve. Open the heat source inlet valve to raise the temperature of the filter to a constant level.

10. Slowly open the input valve to allow the liquid to slowly flow into and fill the filter, preventing the liquid from suddenly impacting the filter bag and causing it to rupture, and then observe for any leaks. If there is no leakage, you can start filtering.

3、 Daily use and maintenance

1. Daily use

The filtration system at work needs to regularly check the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1Mpa, the filter bag should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent the filter bag from breaking and the support net from being damaged due to excessive pressure difference.

2. Correctly open the upper cover of the filtered filter

Warning: Do not open the lid of the bag filter under pressure, otherwise the remaining liquid may spray out, causing liquid loss and personal injury.

Therefore, please operate strictly in the following order:

1. Close the input valve; When there is pressure at the outlet, close the output valve.

2. After confirming that the pipeline connected to the exhaust valve has been connected to a safe location or suction port (especially when filtering toxic and corrosive liquids), open the exhaust valve to prevent the liquid from causing harm and pollution to workers and the surrounding environment.

3. Check the pressure gauge and confirm that the internal pressure is 0. At this point, the bag filter should have been separated from the pipeline system.

4. If there is a drain valve, confirm that the drain is connected to the recycling area and open the drain valve; Wait for the remaining liquid in the bag filter to flow out through the drain valve, and then close the drain valve. This discharge work can be completed in conjunction with the pressurization method (please refer to the pressurization discharge process).

5. Unscrew the hanging cap on the upper cover, lift the upper cover, and the multi bag filter needs to be rotated a certain angle.

4、 Replace the filter bag

1. Efficient filter bags are made of fine fibers, which have weak hydrophilicity. The surface of the fiber will not be wetted by water, so like other filter cartridges made of the same material, it should be wetted with another liquid with lower surface tension before use. Before installation, you must immerse the filter bag in a pre wetted liquid that matches the filtered liquid for a few minutes.

2. Open the upper cover of the bag filter.

3. Place the upper cover firmly and carefully remove the filter bag.

4. Insert a new filter bag, please refer to the installation process.

5、 Monitoring and filtering quality

In the case of stable liquid input pressure, the filtration quality is closely related to the pressure difference inside the filter bag. If the pressure difference is too large, it indicates that the filtration aperture of the filter bag has been blocked and the filtration speed has decreased. Therefore, we suggest that after the bag filter starts working, the pressure difference should be checked regularly. The time to replace the filter bag should be determined by the pressure difference displayed on the front and rear pressure gauges. Generally, the filter bag can withstand a pressure of about 0.5-1kg/cm2 (0.05-0.1Mpa). When the pressure difference reaches this range, the filter bag should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid the filter bag from breaking and affecting the filtration effect.

If the pressure difference suddenly drops, immediately stop filtering and check for leaks.

6、 Pressure discharge of residual liquid

When filtering high viscosity liquids, compressed air can be introduced through the exhaust valve to accelerate the discharge of residual liquid and shorten the waiting time. The device is shown in the figure. Please note: The air used for pressurized discharge must be stable and the pressure should not exceed the working pressure of the filter.

The operation steps are as follows:

1. Close the input valve.

2. Open the intake valve.

3. Introduce gas into the bag filter and pressurize to discharge the remaining liquid.

4. Check the outlet pressure gauge and confirm that the gauge pressure is equal to the compressed air pressure; Confirm that there is no liquid outflow from the outlet.

5. Close the intake valve.

6. Slowly open the exhaust valve; There is residual liquid spraying out from the outlet of the exhaust valve, which must be directed to a safe place or the suction port of the filter.

After the compressed air is exhausted, close the exhaust valve. At this point, there should be no pressure inside the filter and the lid can be opened.

7、 Cleaning bag filter machine

If the bag filter continues to filter the same liquid, it does not need to be cleaned. But if filtering other types of liquids, the machine needs to be cleaned before use.

8、 Maintenance and replacement of O-ring seals

Maintenance: When using, the O-ring should be aligned with the O-ring groove and placed in it to avoid improper squeezing that may cause the O-ring to seal

Sealing ring deformation; When not filtering, the O-ring must be removed and wiped clean, otherwise the residual liquid will solidify and adhere to it

Surface hardening leads to poor sealing performance.

Replacement: If the O-ring has aged or been damaged, please replace it in a timely manner. When replacing, the same model of O-ring should be selected.

Special statement: 1. Under normal use, the filter and support net are guaranteed for one year. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.

2. The maximum design pressure of the standard bag filter is 1.0Mpa, and the recommended maximum working pressure is 0.5Mpa, except for special specifications.

3. The maximum design pressure inside the jacket of the bag type jacket filter is 1.0Mpa, and the recommended working pressure is 0.6Mpa.

4. The design pressure of the multi bag filter is 1.0Mpa, and the maximum recommended working pressure is 0.6Mpa.
