This product was developed by our company in 1992 based on imported equipment. The machine is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food, biological products, etc. It can be used to package various organic films, water-soluble films, and sugar coatings for tablets, pills, candies, etc. (which can achieve slow and controlled release in drugs). It has the advantages of beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and small footprint.
The coating process has no dust scattering or slurry splashing, improving the working environment and reducing cross contamination of tablets; The tablet coating process is simple, greatly reducing the coating time and improving production efficiency. Adopting a new microcomputer temperature and negative pressure module control system, touch screen graphic display and control, with programmable functions; It can automatically adjust most of the process parameters such as flow rate, negative pressure, intake air volume, exhaust air volume, temperature, and speed, digitizing the writing of job operation procedures (SOPs) to produce different batches of goods with the same technical parameters, achieving nearly zero differences between batches. And added data storage and printing functions: more than ten programs for automatic sugar coating and film coating, which can be modified at any time during operation; Printing devices can be equipped according to customer requirements to accurately record the process parameters and flow of each batch of production. Users can input batch numbers, drug codes, and other records according to their needs.

Basic working principle:
The core of the tablet is constantly moving in a complex trajectory within the clean and sealed rotating drum of the coating machine, with smooth flipping and frequent exchange. The coating medium stirred by the constant temperature mixing bucket is sprayed onto the core by the peristaltic pump from the spray gun. At the same time, under the action of hot air and negative pressure, the 100000 level clean hot air supplied by the hot air cabinet passes through the core, passes through the bottom sieve holes, and is discharged from the air door, causing the coating medium to quickly dry on the surface of the core, forming a strong, dense, and smooth surface film. The entire process is automatically completed under PLC control.

Performance characteristics:
1. All operations are completed on the touch screen of the computer control panel, and the operation panel is a fully sealed touch human-machine interface with reliable and stable performance.
2. Under the action of the streamlined guide plate agitator, the core is flipped smoothly and exchanged frequently, eliminating the phenomenon of the core falling and colliding from a high place, solving the problems of fragments and edge collision, and improving the yield of finished products. The narrow surface of the guide plate eliminates the adhesion of auxiliary materials on its surface, saves auxiliary materials, and improves the quality of drugs.
3. Automatic feeding and discharging device: eliminates cross contamination, facilitates feeding, and has high efficiency.
4. Automatic in place cleaning system: A high-pressure spray gun is installed inside the coating pot, which can rotate 180 degrees, and cleaning nozzles are installed at the exhaust and hot air vents, which can rotate automatically in multiple directions without dead corners, making cleaning more convenient and easy. 5. Imported spray guns are selected for easy operation and flexible control of process requirements. The nozzle must have a firing pressure of 0.29-0.39Mpa and an atomization pressure of 0.4-0.5Mpa before it can work. This prevents dripping and blockage, and the flow rate, angle, and fan surface are adjustable. Uniform atomization, large spray surface, no leakage, no plugging of spray gun, saving auxiliary materials.
6. The coating machine contains a large pot packaging small material mechanical device (such as the 150 type coating machine, which can package at least 20kg~40kg of vegetarian tablets). Through its internal mechanical adjustment, a small amount of vegetarian tablets can be coated in the large tank without causing waste of auxiliary materials, greatly improving the range of use.

Dust removal exhaust cabinet:Used for extracting air from the main drum (with dust suction), maintaining negative pressure in the working area, dust removal and filtration, equipped with vibration reduction devices. The exhaust outlet is equipped with an anti backflow device, which closes the exhaust outlet before shutdown to prevent the backflow of exhaust gas in the exhaust pipeline and has an automatic timed vibration dust removal function.
Filter hot air cabinet: Air is sucked in by a centrifugal fan, filtered through primary, secondary, and tertiary stages to achieve 100000 level purification, and then blown into the main drum through a heat exchanger (steam or electric heating), equipped with a vibration reduction device. An initial air filtration device has been added to the air intake.
