Fluidized bed airflow pulverizerDuring the crushing process, high-speed particles will not collide with the walls of the crushing chamber, and the material will not pass through the nozzle. Therefore, the wear is extremely light and the product is not contaminated. The upper part of the host is equipped with a horizontal grading wheel, which can prevent coarse particles from entering the finished product. Due to the use of the fluidized bed principle (where the airflow expands into a fluidized bed and collides and rubs to crush particles) and the internal horizontal turbine grading device, a high-speed small diameter grading wheel is adopted to solve the problem of large particles being unable to be captured by large diameter and low-speed airflow grinding. Compared with other types of airflow mills, the airflow condition is better and can save 30-40% energy. Working Principle:

The material enters the crushing chamber, and the supersonic jet forms a centripetal counter jet flow field at the lower part of the crushing chamber. Under the action of pressure difference, the bottom material of the mill becomes fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, producing intense impact collision friction and crushing. The crushed fine powder moves with the airflow to the upper turbine classifier, and under the action of centrifugal force, the fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged.
