Working principle: Equipment that compresses air into high-pressure gas through a compressor, and then processes it through refrigeration, filtration, and drying to meet the clean gas source requirements of customers. Clean high-pressure gas generates supersonic gas column shaped hypersonic vortices through special nozzles set in multiple directions * inside the crushing chamber. At the same time, high-pressure airflow forms a gas piston through the feed injector, creating internal suction negative pressure at the feed inlet. The animal material enters the crushing chamber and collides and collides with each other under the high-speed motion of the supersonic vortex, generating friction to achieve the crushing effect. Under the action of centrifugal force, large particles of material continue to move at high speed outside the vortex field, while small particles do not move towards the discharge port set at the center of the vortex field and flow upward with the airflow, entering the high-efficiency dust collector for capture. Clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere.

The two hosts adopt quick opening disassembly and assembly, without the need for any tools.

The whole machine is made of stainless steel (pharmaceutical grade SUS304) and high-purity engineering ceramics or anti adhesive polymer materials to ensure the purity of the finished product.

4 ceramic lining and stainless steel design card structure, not using traditional glue bonding, convenient for future maintenance, cost saving and time saving, only 5-10 minutes. Replace as needed. (Old style glue bonding and replacement cycle 20-25 days)

5. Clean and sanitize the entire machine (key; the main machine's crushing air ring can be cleaned by our company) to ensure that the tests do not contaminate each other. Multiple tests can be conducted on the same day.

The ceramic lining of the pipeline ensures the purity of the powder material.

Equipment performance:

1. The host is crushed in one go, and the finished product has a uniform particle size of D: 50 1-10 microns.

2 negative pressure suction, no dust leakage, ensuring a clean environment.

3. Dust capture, polymer lint free anti adhesive filter material, ensuring purity without foreign matter falling off in the finished product.

4. Low temperature crushing, suitable for materials with low thermal sensitivity and low melting point.

The minimum limit of 10-20g for 5 experimental raw materials is required to solve the general problem of the required amount of raw materials for the experiment.

Scope of application: Biological glass powder, ultrafine grinding of dry powder in pharmaceuticals, pesticides, chemicals, electronics, new materials, kaolin, pigments, dyes, crystals, and dispersion of agglomerated materials.
