Working principle: By using mechanical power to rotate the blade, the animal material is sheared, collided, and rubbed between the fixed crushing teeth to produce a crushing effect. The crushed materials are attracted by an external high-pressure induced draft fan and enter the top classification area for sorting. The sorting wheel motor is controlled at a smooth and stable speed by an infinite frequency converter, which can obtain uniform and ideal finished powder particles. The sorted powder particles are collected in a cyclone separator, and most of the finished products are recycled. The remaining small amount of dust is captured in a dust collector.
