Equipment that compresses air into high-pressure gas through a compressor, and then processes it through refrigeration, filtration, and drying to meet the clean gas source requirements of customers. The clean high-pressure gas is connected to the inlet of the outer ring crushing nozzle uniformly distributed in the crushing chamber, so that the crushing nozzle in the crushing chamber generates a relatively supersonic jet to drive the material sucked in through the negative pressure inlet to collide with each other in the suspended area at the center of the crushing chamber, producing a crushing effect. After impact, the crushed material moves with the airflow towards the upper classification chamber. The classification wheel motor obtains a smooth and stable speed under the infinite control of the frequency converter to ensure the selection of uniform and ideal finished materials. Large particles of material return to the bottom crushing chamber under the action of gravity to continue impact. The screened finished products are collected by the cyclone separator from the discharge port of the classification room with the airflow. Most of the finished products are recycled, and the remaining small amount of dust is captured by the dust collector through the pipeline. After that, the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere.

The operation of the graded airflow crusher (also known as the airflow grading mill) must strictly follow safety and process regulations. The standard usage steps are as follows:
Preparation before startup → Startup operation → Parameter adjustment and feeding → Normal production → Shutdown
Below is a detailed breakdown of each step for you:
1、 Preparation before startup (key steps)
1. Safety inspection: Check whether the connection parts of the equipment are tightened, whether there are leaks in the pipelines (air and pipeline), whether the electrical system is normal, and whether the safety protection devices are intact.
2. System cleaning: Ensure that there are no residual materials or foreign objects in the crushing chamber, grading wheel, cyclone separator, dust collector (such as filter cartridge/bag), and pipelines to prevent contamination or blockage.
3. Gas source and cooling: Connect the compressed air (or inert gas such as nitrogen) source to ensure stable pressure reaching the set value (usually 0.7-1.0 MPa). Check if the cooling system (such as graded wheel bearing cooling and spray nozzle cooling) is functioning properly.
4. Lubrication inspection: Check the lubrication condition of moving parts such as the grading wheel spindle and bearings.
5. Material preparation: Confirm that the material to be crushed meets the feeding requirements (such as drying, pre crushing to a certain particle size, no metal impurities, etc.).
2、 Start up and run (in the correct order)
Following the principle of "start first, stop later, reverse flow startup", that is, starting from the material collection end to the crushing end in sequence:
1. Activate the dust removal system (pulse blowback device).
2. Open the secondary material collection system (such as the lock air discharge valve under the cyclone separator and the star shaped discharge valve under the dust collector).
3. Start the grading wheel motor and slowly increase it to the preset working speed without load.
4. Turn on the high-pressure induced draft fan.
5. Slowly open the intake valve, supply air to the crushing chamber, establish airflow circulation inside the equipment, and run it without load for several minutes, checking for any abnormal sounds, vibrations, and pressure fluctuations.
3、 Parameter adjustment and feeding
1. Parameter setting: Based on the product granularity requirements, preliminarily set key parameters such as grading wheel frequency (speed), system air pressure, and air volume.
2. Start feeding: Start the feeder (such as spiral feeder, vibrating feeder) and start adding materials evenly at a lower rate.
3. Adjustment and optimization: Based on the results of the discharge particle size detection (which can be analyzed online or by sampling), fine tune the following parameters to the optimal state:
Granularity adjustment: mainly by adjusting the speed of the grading wheel. The higher the rotational speed, the smaller the cutting particle size and the finer the product.
Balance between output and fineness: Adjust the feeding speed and crushing pressure (nozzle pressure). Excessive feeding may lead to an increase in coarse particles; Increasing the crushing pressure can enhance the crushing strength.
4、 Normal production monitoring
Continuously monitor the stability of parameters such as host current, grading wheel speed, pressure at various points (crushing pressure, inlet negative pressure, outlet negative pressure), temperature, etc.
Observe whether the discharge state is continuous and uniform.
Regularly sampling and testing product particle size to ensure stable quality.
5、 Shutdown program (sequence must not be incorrect)
Following the principle of 'stop before stop, then stop before downstream shutdown', which is roughly opposite to the startup sequence:
1. Stop the feeder and stop adding new material to the crushing chamber.
2. Run the equipment continuously for a few minutes and use pure airflow to blow away residual materials in the system, ensuring that the pipes and chambers are emptied.
3. Close the intake valve and cut off the high-pressure air source.
4. Stop the high-pressure induced draft fan after the pressure drops.
5. Stop the grading wheel motor.
6. After the grading wheel stops, turn off the subsequent material receiving system and dust removal system in sequence.
7. Turn off the main gas source and power supply.
8. Perform cleaning and maintenance, and record the operation of the equipment.
Core precautions
Safety first: Maintenance under pressure is strictly prohibited; Pay attention to dust explosion prevention (especially for flammable and explosive materials, inert gas working fluid is required); Prevent injury from high-speed moving parts.
Material characteristics: The hardness, density, viscosity, moisture content, and thermal sensitivity of the material directly affect parameter settings and equipment selection.
Sealing: The airtightness of the entire system is crucial, as air leakage can seriously affect crushing efficiency and grading accuracy.
It is strictly prohibited to run empty materials at high speed for a long time to avoid damaging the grading wheel bearings.
In summary, the operation process is as follows: start the machine from back to front (dust collection → material collection → grading → induced draft → air supply), stop the machine from front to back (material stopping → blowing → gas stopping → air stopping → grading stopping → material collection and dust collection stopping), monitor the parameters throughout the process, and adjust them finely according to the characteristics of the material.
