1、 Working principle and structural schematic diagram

The special unobstructed liquid cutting pump transports feces and other sewage to the cow manure dewatering machine, and filters and dehydrates the feces through the sieve under the pushing and squeezing effect of the winch. The feces are discharged from the discharge port, and the liquid flows out through the sieve.

There are no special requirements for the installation location of the Shield Flag brand cow manure dewatering machine. Based on the actual site needs of the breeding farm, a relatively flat terrain can be selected to facilitate the transportation of manure and the discharge of separated manure water (it is best to build a platform for material storage). The discharge pipe should avoid bending at right angles to reduce the flow resistance of the discharge. If installed outdoors, a simple rain shelter can be constructed. The machine is equipped with a power supply of 380V. The main motor of the machine and the matching dedicated sewage pump reducer are connected to the main control distribution box of the entire equipment. (See the figure below)

Note: The direction of operation of the vibration motor of the reinforced solid-liquid separator should be consistent with the direction of operation of the winch.

Note: Before use, it is necessary to add 30 # oil above the mirror, and the pump also needs to be filled with 200ml of oil.

1. Connect the conveying pipeline and the drainage pipeline

This series of machines is equipped with a pump and a conveyor pipe connected to the main unit. The conveyor pipes are respectively placed at the pump outlet and the separator inlet, and are clamped with hose clamps. Then connect the overflow pipe to the overflow discharge outlet and insert the other end into the original septic tank. The separation liquid discharge outlet is located below the separator (as shown in the above figure), and the other end of the discharge pipe is connected to the biogas digester or manure sedimentation tank. The separated liquid can be directly discharged into the sewage tank.

2. Trial operation

Connect the power supply to the distribution box, turn on the main switch to start the host, confirm whether the direction of the winch is consistent with the direction marked on the equipment, and then start the water pump switch to see if the direction of operation is consistent with the direction indicated on the pump. When the overflow port overflows for 3-5 seconds, turn off the water pump switch and start the main engine to run for 3-5 seconds. Repeat the above actions 2-3 times to pre concentrate the discharge port, and then it can start running normally.

(Tip: The gearbox needs to be replaced with oil after one month of normal use of the equipment)

3. Cleaning and maintenance

This series of machines needs to be cleaned once after one week of use (once per shift for chicken manure) to ensure the filtration effect of the filter and the low moisture content of the extruded solid material. If it is found during work operation that the liquid discharged from the outlet has decreased or the solid discharged has high moisture content, several separate stop and start operations can be performed.

4. Cleaning steps

1. Turn off the water pump first, and then let the main engine work for 2-3 minutes;

2. Open the protective cover and use a high-pressure spray gun or brush to clean with water;

5. Equipment motor control system

This set of control distribution box is a specialized control equipment. Equipped with two sets of motor start and stop buttons, the circuit design includes automatic circuit protection devices for leakage, phase loss, and overload, as well as voltage and current meters. Once a short circuit occurs in the circuit, the power can be cut off in a timely manner. After troubleshooting, it can be easily restored and the circuit can work normally.

6. Maintenance and upkeep

In order to ensure the service life of the equipment in this series of products, regular inspection and maintenance are required. And apply lubricating oil to the machine's active area every week, and add 30 # engine oil to the reducer of the main engine before use. Change the engine oil after 30 days of initial use and every six months thereafter. Loosen the oil plug to release the waste oil from the gearbox.

(Tip: After the first oil change and draining of waste oil, clean the gears and the bottom of the gearbox with diesel to extend the service life of the gearbox.)

7， 注意事相

1. The maintenance and repair of the equipment must be carried out in a shutdown state.

2. When the external temperature is below zero degrees, the material at the outlet should be cleaned thoroughly after the main engine stops running to prevent freezing.

3. All power sources of this device are 380V power supply. Please pay attention to safety during operation to prevent electric shock.

Characteristics of stainless steel double mesh solid-liquid separator:

1. The motor is directly driven and connected to the screw. The newly designed support frame is made of stainless steel material for the entire machine. The gap between stainless steel mesh screens is matched with different specifications of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 0.9, with a processing capacity of 30-40 cubic meters per hour. It adopts a helical gear industrial heavy-duty reducer, and the surface of the stainless steel screw is treated with chrome plating and nitrogen spraying dock, which is more wear-resistant, easy to maintain, and reduces the cost of use. It has higher energy driving performance and a tighter sealing effect.

2. The maximum value of solid content that can be processed in the material is% SS=13-15%. Medium and strong pressure boosting plates can self adjust the recovery pressure, facilitating the output of solid materials. Different materials can be processed, such as cow manure, pig manure, chicken manure, water treatment, etc. The ST of the separated solid material can reach more than 30%, making it easy to store and transport.
