FSM360 is a fully automatic ultraviolet visible RAMan instrument, mainly used for measuring chip stress.
Illuminate with a micrometer diameter light spot.
The chip will generate another beam of light (Raman signal), which has a frequency different from the original light source.
We can measure the stress magnitude of the sample from the Raman signal frequency.
Ultraviolet Raman spectroscopy is mainly used for stress measurement on thin films or sample surfaces.
