Dry granulation equipment has the characteristics of simple process, compact structure, high degree of automation, convenient use and maintenance, low noise, and good universality. Based on many advantages, it is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical. Especially suitable for granulation of drugs that are prone to decomposition or agglomeration when exposed to heat and moisture, and are sensitive to heat. The particles it produces are dry particles and do not require the addition of binders. After granulation, the product has uniform particle size and significantly increased packing density. Its particles can be used for densification, improving flowability, tablet compression, capsule filling, and granule bagging.

Pour light powder (with a free water content of less than 1.5%) into a conical hopper, and use an irregularly shaped and non equidistant conical screw to rotate downwards to generate a pre pressure for feeding. The material is compressed, degassed, and evenly distributed on the surfaces of two pressure wheels, reaching the bite zone. Then, it is bitten by two pressure wheels with a certain squeezing force, first squeezed into flakes, then chopped and sent to the granulation drum for whole particle formation. After passing through a first stage sieve, irregular particles are made without adding adhesive or water, completing the physical transformation process from powder to particles.
