The equipment pressure roller adopts a cantilever structure horizontally arranged, with a simple overall structure that is easy to disassemble and clean. A window is set at the pressure roller for easy observation of the pressing situation, and a scraper is installed at the window to prevent dust from blocking the window and affecting the line of sight.

Adopting LCD touch screen and various automatic control technologies, the product has a higher degree of automation, effectively preventing dust and cross contamination.

The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel structure, and the part in contact with the material is made of 316 material. *Meets GMP requirements.

The vertical feeding body is equipped with a vacuum degassing device to release and exhaust the air in the material, further compacting the material and making the pressure roller bite more evenly. The vacuum size can be adjusted.

The surface temperature of the pressure roller can be controlled by cooling water to prevent the material from deteriorating and sticking due to heat during the extrusion process.

◆ The cantilever design of the whole machine completely isolates the processing area from the power transmission area and has a neat appearance. It is easy to disassemble and clean, and realizes clean and closed production from powder to granules.

◆ Operation screen is made of 304 stainless steel material, which has good sealing performance, can effectively prevent dust and splash, and is designed with degassing pressure display and adjustment functions. In addition, there are functions such as key switch, emergency stop, and various operating parameters of the equipment, emergency shutdown and When the power is cut off, it can be operated instantly through the touch screen.

◆ All parts in contact with the medicine (working cavity) are airtight and independent. The seals are combined with two or more stages, and the seals meet the FAD requirements. The rotating shaft adopts a leaky shaft structure, which strictly separates the transmission area from the granulation area and avoids the transmission area.
