According to the basic requirements of the dry granulation process, the equipment processes light powder (with a free water content of less than 1.5%) through three steps: pre compression, compression molding, and whole particle molding, without the addition of adhesives or water, to produce irregular particles and complete the physical transformation process from powder to particles.

1. Loading process: The material is intermittently placed into the vertical feeding bin.

2. Vertical feeding process: The dry powder enters the hopper through the feeding port, and under the action of the hollow vertical hinge, the powder is pushed into the horizontal screw feeder. During this process, some gas is discharged from the bottom of the hinge upwards through the hollow part of the hinge, so that the powder can be evenly fed into the horizontal screw feeding port. The feeding amount can be adjusted by frequency conversion to ensure that the screw is fully filled, uniform, not empty or blocked, and the density of the powder is preliminarily improved.

3. Horizontal feeding process: The degassed material enters the horizontal feeder, and through the rotation of the screw, the material is degassed again during the forward movement process, and the high-density material is forcibly fed into the tablet pressing system to complete the pre pressing work.

4. Tablet pressing process: After degassing, the material has already reached its pre rolling state. After pre pressing, the friction between the material entering the bite zone and the surface of the pressure roller is increased, reducing the friction of the material and increasing the bite angle. The degassed material makes the equipment run more smoothly during the rolling forming process, with uniform strength and stable quality. After forming, the tablet is crushed and granulated in the next process, and the pulverization rate is significantly controlled, greatly ensuring the quality of the product. Water cooled pressure roller, with external joints, ensures that there is no possibility of water leakage and pollution in the working area, and is easy to clean.

5. Granulation process: In the granulation system, the crushed material enters the granulator. Under the pressure of the granulator blade, small particles can easily pass through the orifice plate of the granulator without damage, while large particles continue to be crushed into small particles in the granulator, completing the required number of particles for rounding. The whole blade rotates continuously with high efficiency. This completes the entire production process from dry powder to granules.
