And because the liquid ring vacuum pump is suitable for long-term operation in the vacuum pressure range of atmospheric to several thousand pascals, this unit can be suitable for processes such as vacuum degassing, vacuum concentration, vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration crystallization, and polymerization reactions in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries; The processes of polyester chip drying in the textile industry, drying of leather products, freeze-drying in the food industry, and vacuum impregnation and drying in the power industry are three major components.

According to the different working pressures of various vacuum systems, the following points must be mastered when selecting units:

1. The main pump must operate within its better working range;

2. The compression ratio between the main pump or intermediate pump and the preceding pump shall not exceed the allowable range;

3. The ratio of the front-end pump to the Roots pump should be minimized as much as possible, so that even if the performance of the front-end pump decreases, the unit will not have a significant impact on the vacuum pumping performance of the system.
