Scope of application
The gravity free biaxial mixer produced by our company is widely used for material mixing and processing in industries such as chemical, dry powder mortar, feed, refractory materials, insulation materials, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, pigments, coatings, plastics, food additives, and biotechnology. This machine is highly suitable for solid materials. It has the characteristics of fast mixing speed, high mixing accuracy, no segregation, mild mixing process, large filling coefficient, smooth operation, and easy sealing operation, installation, use, maintenance and repair.
Working principle
Under the drive of the reducer, the chain drives a pair of main shafts to rotate in opposite directions. The blades on the main shafts push the material in one direction. Due to the opposite movement directions of the materials on both sides, they quickly dissolve into each other's areas. The materials mix back and forth, forming a fluidized weight loss zone and rotating vortex in the central part, and continuously move along the axial and radial directions, thus forming a multi-directional composite cycle and quickly achieving uniform mixing effect.
