Working principle of high-efficiency wet granulation machine:
The entire process consists of two steps: mixing and granulation.
2. The adhesive enters the material pot from the conical hopper, and after the hopper is closed, the powder rotates in the container under the stirring of the mixing paddle. At the same time, the material changes along the direction of the conical wall, gradually forming a liquid bridge. Under the squeezing, friction, and kneading of the material by the blades and cylinder walls, the material gradually transforms into a loose material. Then, open the discharge door and the wet particles are pushed out of the hopper by the centrifugal force of the blade.
3. The soft material with a granular structure is not formed by forced extrusion, but by cutting with a pelletizing knife. The soft material is cut into small and uniform particles in a semi flowing state, achieving mutual transformation of materials.
Performance characteristics of high-efficiency wet granulation machine:
1. The entire machine is controlled by programmable logic (human-machine interface - optional), with a unified process to ensure stable quality. It can also be manually operated to facilitate exploration of process parameters and procedures.
2. The inflatable seal of the rotating shaft chamber eliminates the phenomenon of dust adhesion. Equipped with automatic cleaning function.
3. Equipped with a blade lifting system, it is more conducive to cleaning the blades and the pot body.
4. Conical material trough to ensure even rolling of materials. The bottom of the tank is a sandwich layer with a built-in water-cooled circulation system, which has better constant temperature performance than general air-cooled systems and improves particle quality.
5. The pot lid automatically opens and closes, and the discharge port matches the drying equipment. Large models come with escalators for easy operation.
6. The mixing blade and cutting knife both adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which is easy to control the particle size.
