Device description
The dry granulation machine is a process in which a mixed powder material (Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine extract) containing a certain amount of crystal water is poured into a conical hopper, and the material is compressed, degassed, and evenly distributed on the surfaces of two pressure wheels through the downward rotation of an irregular conical screw to generate pre pressure. The material is then bitten into the bite area by two pressure wheels with a certain squeezing thrust, first squeezed into flakes, and then chopped and granulated in the granulation system.
