Device configuration

If the customer does not require a feeding device, they can directly place the materials into the inclined bucket for work; If a feeding device is required, the inclined bucket can be disassembled first, and then one end of the feeding tube with a connecting seat can be fixed to the cover plate entrance of the crushing chamber with a nut, and the other end can be placed in a box or bucket for storing materials. The box and bucket can be configured by the user according to their needs.

The feeding device purely applies the principle of negative pressure. Due to the high-speed operation of the turbine disk in the crushing chamber, negative air pressure is generated at the feeding port, which then sucks the materials (such as small pieces, granular materials, or powdered materials) stored in the material box (or barrel) into the feeding pipeline and enters the crushing chamber for crushing.

This machine is not suitable for crushing all viscous materials, nor is it suitable for materials that become soft and sticky after heating.
