Correct usage method

1. After the installation of the crusher, check the tightness of all fasteners and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.

2. Before starting the crusher, first rotate the rotor by hand to check whether it operates flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision inside the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the turning arrow, and whether the crusher lubrication is good.

3. Do not replace the belt pulley casually, in order to prevent the crushing chamber from becoming explosive due to excessive speed, or the crushing efficiency from being affected by too low speed.

4. After starting the crusher, it should idle for 2-3 seconds without any abnormal phenomena before feeding.

5. Pay attention to the operation of the crusher at all times during work, and ensure even feeding to prevent blockage and overloading. Do not work for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and machine body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work.
