The crusher series produced by our company is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with national standard motors. It is mainly used for chemical materials, medicinal materials containing tree roots, branches, and block materials, various grains with low oil content, miscellaneous grains, and other hard and brittle materials. This machine utilizes the relative high-speed operation between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush the material through the impact, friction, and collision between the discs. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber and discharged through the discharge port. Generally, after being crushed, the material needs to be collected in a cotton bag. The crushed material is collected in the bag, and the air comes out from the small holes of the bag, which will not discharge the fine powder, thus achieving the effect of no waste and no pollution. The particle size is determined by replacing the sieve with different mesh sizes. This machine has a simple and sturdy structure, operates smoothly, crushes materials quickly and evenly, and has good results. This machine is made entirely of stainless steel material, and all teeth grooves inside the shell (grinding groove) are precision processed to achieve a smooth surface and easy cleaning, changing the rough inner wall, easy powder accumulation, and difficult cleaning of ordinary crushers. This makes food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other production more in line with standards and meets GMP hygiene requirements.
