The BGB HR&D highly sealed and efficient coating machine is mainly used for coating highly active tablets in the pharmaceutical industry. Transfer the material to the isolator through RTP valve; Put the material into the coating machine for coating, and the coated material leaves the isolator through the transfer bin or sleeve system.

7. The door sealing method can choose inflatable seal or mechanical compression seal;

The isolator is equipped with an emergency mode processing system: when the sealing ring or gloves of the isolator rupture, the pressure inside the cabin will quickly rise, and the isolator will automatically activate an alarm while adjusting the fan frequency, increasing the exhaust air volume, closing the inlet valve, and ensuring that the crack wind speed is above 0.5m/s to prevent the leakage of highly active substances and protect the safety of operators and laboratory environment;
